You can delete your account and all the data linked to it at any time, right from the app.
From the app, in three taps
- Open Miróir and go to Account, the last tab at the bottom.
- Scroll to the end and tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE, tap Delete my account and confirm with Yes, delete.
For security, the app may ask you to sign out and back in before going ahead.
Don't have the app anymore?
Write to us from your account's email address: we delete the account within 30 days and confirm it to you.
What is deleted
- Your account: email, name, profile photo and sign-in credentials.
- The corrections you made to the AI analysis.
- Wardrobe, item photos, saved outfits and preferences on the phone you delete the account from. On other devices they are removed by uninstalling the app.
What may remain
- Server technical data (IP address, date and time of requests), for 30 days at most.
- Anonymous, aggregated statistics not linked to you.
- Any data the law requires us to keep.
