These terms govern the use of the Miróir app, provided by Start & Go S.r.l., Viale Sardegna 14, 53100 Siena (SI), Italy, VAT number IT01462330521 ("we"). By using the app you accept them.

1The service
Miróir lets you photograph and catalogue your clothes and get outfit suggestions. Item recognition and part of the suggestions are generated by a third-party artificial intelligence model (Anthropic).
2Account
You need an account to use the app and you must be at least 14 years old. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity on your account. The information you provide must be accurate.
3Your content
The photos and data you upload remain yours. You give us only a limited, non-exclusive permission to process them to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You must have the right to upload what you upload.
4Artificial intelligence
Item recognition, background removal and outfit suggestions may contain mistakes. They are suggestions, not professional styling advice. You can always correct the detected values.
5Plans and payments
Some features may require a paid plan. Any subscriptions will be bought through the App Store or Google Play, under those stores' terms for renewal and cancellation, which you will see before buying.
6What you may not do
You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, decompile it or try to extract its code, access it with automated tools, or upload content that infringes other people's rights.
7Intellectual property
The Miróir name, design and software belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you no rights over them beyond using the app.
8Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the app. This does not limit the rights consumers have under the law.
9Suspension and deletion
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account, or as described on the Delete your account page.
10Changes
We may update these terms. We will let you know in the app about significant changes; if you keep using the app after being notified, you accept them.
11Governing law
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the courts of the place where you live remain competent and the consumer protection rules of the country where you live still apply.
